1. Preparation and Coordination for Safe Operations
Our journey towards this project began over two months ago with meticulous planning and coordination alongside our partners at AMF Access Services. Drawing on their extensive experience, they recognise the complexity and scale of the re-roofing project at hand. AMF Access Services will ensure the seamless installation of commercial scaffolding towers, incorporating staircases and loading bays to enhance safe and convenient access to all work zones. This will provide a secure and efficient workspace for our team to carry out essential roofing works while ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s occupants.
2. Our Expertise in Large-Scale Roofing Projects
This project showcases our commercial roofing capabilities: a 1500 square meter full roof replacement, beginning with opening up the rafters to incorporate full OSB timber replacement panels prior to tile installation. A new dry ridge and hip system will be uniformly installed throughout, and new code five lead valleys will also be integrated. Additionally, a fresh paint coating will be applied to all timber components, encompassing soffits, fascias, and verges.
